  • Delinquency Tax Search
    This search is performed to identify the current/prior tax status of the property. This tax search includes all Taxing Entities Tax details. The research is performed on both Active and Inactive sale.
  • Utility Tax Search
    The report for this search would include current/prior tax status of the property. This search includes tax details of all Taxing Entities with Utility information.
  • Municipal Lien Tax Search
    Municipal Lien search is performed to identify the redemption status of Certificate of Sale with Municipal Utility Authority.
  • Estimate Tax Search
    This search is performed to identify the current/prior tax status of the property. This search includes details of all Taxing Entities. Further, Estimate Tax details will be provided for future year for Escrow Account.

Flood Insurance Services

  • Flood zone Determination
    This includes, the complete determination on flood zone status of a property address, including community and map information when applicable and reported on FEMA’s Standard Flood Hazard Determination Form (SFHDF)
  • Letter of Map Amendment(LOMA)
    If a property owner thinks their property has been inadvertently mapped in a Special Flood Hazard Area (SFHA), they may submit a request to FEMA for a Letter of Map Change (LOMC).
