Raghavendra Narayana, known as Ragha to his friends, has close to 18 years of experience in building teams, defining and managing processes and developing software products (both web and mobile). For the last 12 years, he has been involved in building a business which partners with both major & minor companies in US & Europe as their Outsourced Product Development centre.

He majorly specializes in three roles - People, Process and Product Management. He has been focused in aligning company's technology strategy with business by working closely with customers and internal teams to determine development methodology, define technical roadmap, create high performance teams and communicate technical vision to the entire company and user community.

He work with various teams to maximise resource efficiency by coordinating among them and ensure there are no overlaps. Adopt newer technologies that help the company improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. Evangelize company’s technological vision by participating in conferences, industry and customer meetings. He is based out of Sydney, Australia.
